The Office of the Special Prosecutor Bill and the Zongo and Inner City Development Fund Bill have been re-laid before Parliament after.

They were withdrawn last week after the Minority raised issues with portions of it.

The withdrawal was announced by Majority Leader Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu on Wednesday July 26.

The Minority said there were issues of constitutional breaches, stating the bills had not been gazetted when they were first laid on Tuesday, July 18.

But on Monday July 31 the two bills were re-laid for their first reading.

The other bills that were also laid before parliament include the Northern Development Authority Bill, 2017, Middle Belt Development Authority Bill, 2017 and Coastal Belt Development Authority Bill.
