Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS ) Chairman for Nkawkaw private schools in the Kwahu West Municipality, Mr Michael Adjei Sekyi has appealed to the authorities at Nkawkaw in the Eastern region to fine anyone who refuses to wear nose mask at Ghs 20.00.
He said the fine should go to the Educational fund to support education in the Municipality.
Among other things, he said the law should bind everyone irrespective of one’s position.
According to him, COVID-19 is real and enforcement must be established to curb the spread of the disease.
He said this based on the 450 cases the Municipality has recorded of which three have demised according to the Kwahu West Municipal health Director, Celestina Asante(Mrs).
Speaking to Nkawkaw based radio station, Okwahu Fm, he lamented that those who will be found guilty should be punished.
