The Minister for Parliamentary Affairs who double as Majority Leader Hon Osei Kyei Mensa Bonsu has warned Former President John Dramani Mahama to remain silent on the recent ‘Airbus bribery scandal’ and wait for the findings of the Special Prosecutor (SP).
According to him the case has been referred to the office of the Special Prosecutor headed by Mr. Martin Amidu for investigation, and definitely the outcome of the report will have something to say about him, and if he comes out now to clear himself and the report of Mr. Amidu fails to contradict with his, he might find himself wanting.
Speaking in an interview with Okwawu
Fm news, Hon Kyei Mensa advised Former President Mahama to wait for Mr. Amidu’s findings of the matter before reacting, or else he will put himself in a big shame.
Meanwhile, a pressure from a couples of Ghanaians including the ruling New Patriotic Party NPP has thrown a challenge to former President John Dramani Mahama to come out and state clearly his innocence in a case in which airbus, the European aircraft manufacturer, is alleged to have paid bribes in during the sale of three military aircraft to Ghana.
